We advocate for and advance the 'Prioritization of Cooperation over Competition,' and we promote the premise that 'Policy Governs while Strategy Guides.' However, there is an observed, prevailing, and mainstream over-reliance on strategy, often even more than policy, as a principal source of international, national, and institutional/organizational governance, with its assumed strengths for achieving competitive advantage. Therefore, Coherence Global provides products and instruments that strengthen coherence in policy frameworks, and thereby improve the governance processes in international institutions/organizations, national institutions/agencies, and private sector, non-profit, and civil society institutions/organizations.
